I was keen and interested in art since i was a child and  I pursued an education interest in photography at the Institut Kemahiran Belia Negara (PERETAK) where i studied the skills of analog photography in 1990. Two years later, i followed up my passion and completed the Diploma of Photography from Schools of Art and Design, Institut of Technology MARA (ITM) majoring in fashion and portraiture photography with minor in advertising photography. During the Diploma study, I had an opportunity to work with Johan Design Association Advertising Agency, one of a prominent advertising agency in the country. I then gained professional experiences with Berita Publishing Sdn. Bhd., a subsidiary of New Straits Times Group. As photographer, I was involved mainly in fashion photography, magazine cover and commercial.

When the photography world entered the digital era, I  took initiatives to study skills in creative digital imaging. Among the skills that I  acquired included retouching, enhancement and manipulation of images.  That  later I joined White Studio where did Mr Bustamam Mokhtar created a Commercial Photography and Creative Digital Imaging studio, for a year.

I established One Digital Solution in 2011, a company based on Creative Digital Imaging that runs commercial photography cum art direction, specializing in fashion, people and corporate photography. Soon after, the company renamed and rebranded to ODS STUDIO COMMUNICATION SDN BHD with its own studio.

I  was often invited to share my expertise and experience. Once, I  lectured part-time at the University of Selangor (UNISEL) teaching Fashion and Portraiture Photography, Studio Lighting and Creative Digital Imaging. I  was also appointed as an Advisor to the academic team of GIAT MARA, preparing module for the Creative Digital Imaging course. I also received invitations to speak on Fashion Photography and Portraiture by Sarawak University (UNIMAS), Selangor University (UNISEL) and Institut Kemahiran Belia Negara (PERETAK). Recently, I was also invited by University of Technology MARA (UiTM) to speak on Entrepreneurship and Marketability of Creative Art.

I  was also won a major accolade and received recognition through my work. I  won the prestigious Anugerah Industri Muzik 21 (AIM 2014) – the local equivalent of the American Grammy Awards in 2014, in the category of Best Album Cover. My creative and artistic interpretation translated into the exceptional Art Direction, Photography and Digital Imaging for Stacy’s #no1 album cover.

My self  was a certified Professional by the Creative Content Industry Guild (CCIG) accredited by International Affliates, Producers Guild of America. CCIG represent practitioners in the Creative Content Industry.
